First of all, choose which products
are of interest to you and simply enter any messages
you would like printed on the products stating which product each message is for. You can also
give additional information whether
you would like a photo or message put on the front or back of a
mug, choice of font & colour for text etc. Basically, the more information you give us, the better
service we can give you. Put in quantity required. Then add them to your shopping basket
by clicking on "add to cart".
When you want to finish shopping and complete your order, just click
on your basket ( the "SEE YOUR BASKET" button ), double check that you've
got everything you want, and then click on the "CHECKOUT NOW" button.
After, enter your invoice and delivery address and decide how you
would like to pay. You may either pay by credit card online using
HSBC esecure payment system or by post sending a cheque or postal order to MugShot Gifts, 33 Forest Road, Winford, Isle of Wight,PO36 0JY.
Finally, you can upload your photos/images using the "CLICK HERE TO ADD IMAGES" button. Found once you have chosen and completed payment options.
We do not charge for any item until it is packaged and ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.

Once you have completed your order, you will receive an e-mail confirming the order. It takes roughly 3 - 5 working days from payment for us to make and deliver your gift to the address of your choice.
If you wish to deliver outside of the UK please contact us for details.
Due to copyright issues we are unable to reproduce images of celebrities unless you have their permission to do so. However if the image is yours (you actually took the photograph or maybe someone took it of you and the celebrity) then there is no problem. Please make sure that your photos and images are of good quality before sending them. Variations in colour may occur due to the nature and the quality of photographs supplied.
Shipping And Handling
We take great care in wrapping our items by hand, ensuring they are in perfect condition before sending them on their way. All mugs are packed in styrene packaging and then in a cardboard box. Other personalised gifts are either packed in postal bags or jiffy bags.
If you require an additional message to be sent we can enclose a gift card, please let us know and we will do our best to oblige.
Orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery (we always obtain a proof of posting) throughout the UK. If you wish to deliver outside of the UK please contact us for details. If you want to send a/receive a quantity of mugs (over 5) please contact us for postage costs.
Delivery Schedule
Orders are normally processed and despatched within 3 - 5 working days.
If you want you can send order via 1st Class Recorded delivery, If your order is urgent,please choose Special Delivery for guaranteed day delivery (Mon-Fri). Saturday delivery is NOT guaranteed.
Special Delivery orders need to be signed for. Please choose a daytime delivery address that is most convenient for you.
Special delivery guarantees delivery the next working day to all but a few remote areas of Scotland.

We cannot guarantee a specific time for delivery, except before 1pm.
Deliveries on Saturdays are not guaranteed, your gift could be delivered on the following Monday. Some Saturday deliveries are attempted to residential addresses, but we cannot give refunds for non delivery on a Saturday. We would suggest having the gift delivered on Friday with a label marking the package "Do not open until Saturday".
Orders cannot be shipped or dispatched on Sunday or Public/Bank Holidays.
Please note Mugshot Gifts cannot be held responsible for orders delayed extremely bad weather, Royal Mail strikes, Airport staff strikes, Terrorist attacks / Prevention or war.
If there is an unforeseen reason causing delay, you will be given the option to cancel the order and receive a full refund.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
All prices are shown in UK pounds and include VAT @ 17.5%.

Credit Card Security
All credit card transactions are processed through HSBC eSecure Payments. We do not store any credit card details on our website.
Credit card transactions will appear on your statement as "Internet Gifts".
